Enroll in our workshops with confidence.

We will refund your money if you are not completely satisfied with your Pragma workshop purchase.  Simply request a refund from the email address you used to place your order, within 14 days of purchase, and include your order number so we can verify the purchase and payment terms. No questions asked, no justification needed. We want everyone to be absolutely delighted with their decision to purchase and the education they received.

Detailed terms and conditions of the money back guarantee:

• You receive a refund equal to the USD price you actually paid.
• Your refund is issued in the currency you used to purchase the workshop (eg. USD, BTC, ETH, XMR), but for the USD value you paid.
• Paypal and credit card refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of Paypal and the payment processor.
• For cryptocurrency refunds we will pay the transaction fees to process the refund, on a 1-3 days confirmation estimate.

What this means is, for example:

If you paid $10, in USD, you will get back $10 in USD. If you paid $10 in BTC (say 0.001 BTC at the time you bought the workshops) you will get paid back $10 in BTC, whatever the exchange rate is at the time of the refund. If the price of BTC has doubled in the two weeks elapsed from your purchase you will receive $10 value but half the amount of BTC (0.0005 BTC which is now worth $10). Conversely, if the BTC value plummets by half in those two weeks, you will receive $10 worth of BTC, which will be twice the BTC that you paid (0.002 BTC which is now worth $10).

The reason for this policy is to simplify accounting by avoiding capital gains and losses on refunds. Also, it ensures that neither you nor we can use the money-back guarantee as a way to speculate on the price of cryptocurrency.
