Workshops

Which workshop should I start with?

Start by reading the workshop description and contents, we always include information there on prerequisite knowledge. If you don’t see a prerequisite listed, then you can take the workshop at any level. If you’re brand new to bitcoin and open blockchains, consider starting with the Free Introduction to Bitcoin workshop. Remember, all workshops have a 14 day money back guarantee, so if you realize you’ve chosen the wrong workshop, just let us know!

How do I get my certificate of completion?

To earn your certificate, first complete the workshop. Make sure you have marked each lesson complete and completed all quizzes. On the left sidebar you should see a checkbox next to any lesson that is complete, incomplete lessons will be missing the checkbox. Mark all lessons as complete by scrolling down to the bottom of the page. After all lessons and quizzes are complete, visit the workshop’s main page to download your certificate of completion. Hint: the completion line should be solid green and you should see “completed” if you’ve completed all of the videos and quizzes.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

Yes. Please contact us directly at workshops@aantonop.com for pricing if you would like to purchase 15 or more workshops at one time.

How are workshops different from your free video content?

In a workshop, video content is just the beginning! You also get quizzes, exercises, and other supplemental materials to help make sure you’ve really learned the information. Once you’ve completed the workshop, you’ll be able to download your certificate of completion as well.

Shop

I ordered a book but have not received an email with the book download yet. What should I do?

First, check your spam folder. Then, if you’ve ordered with cryptocurrency, make sure you set the transaction fee high enough. You will not receive an email with your book download links until the transaction has been confirmed. If the payment is confirmed, or if you used fiat and still don’t have an email, please send a message to shop@aantonop.com with your order number and we will look into it for you.

I ordered merchandise but haven’t received it yet. What should I do?

You should receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order has shipped. Sometimes the tracking app that our print providers use doesn’t work well for international shipments. In this case, we recommend you enter your tracking number into parcelsapp.com to check the status. Please keep in mind that for international shipments, our print providers require that you wait a full 30 days after the item has shipped before they will accept a reprint or refund request. If you haven’t received your item(s) 30 days after they were shipped, please email us at shop@aantonop.com with your order number and what item(s) are missing and we will assist you.

What is your shop refund policy?

For workshops, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. For downloadable digital items, we do not offer refunds unless there are exceptional circumstances. For everything else, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis, within 60 days of purchase. If you would like to talk with us about a refund, please email shop@aantonop.com.

I ordered merchandise and it arrived broken/in poor condition/the wrong size. What should I do?

Please take 2-3 well lit photos of the issue and email us at shop@aantonop.com with your order number and the names of item(s) as well as the photos and we will do our best to make it right for you.
